- What is the status of my order?You will always receive an email as soon as your package has been shipped, along with updates about the status of your order. - How can I cancel my order? You can always cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Once your package has been shipped, you can only cancel it after you receive it. For further assistance, please email help.norvellalondon@gmail.com. Our customer service team will process your cancellation, and you will receive a refund.
- How do I return an item? You can always return an item for any reason once you have received your package. Simply email our customer support at help.norvellalondon@gmail.com, and they will guide you through the return process. Note: The return shipping fee, which ranges from €4.95–€7.50 depending on your location, will be deducted from your refund
- What if my order order arrived damaged? If your item arrived damaged, please contact our customer support at help.norvellalondon@gmail.com. Send a photo showing the damaged item, and we will either send you a brand new replacement or issue a refund.
- What if I received the wrong item? If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer support at help.norvellalondon@gmail.com. Send a photo of the item you received, and we will either send you the correct item or issue a refund.
